Dunham & Smith Agencies Category Management Department

Category Management is a process that has many units to complete and fully assess a category review. Producing plan-o-grams is one part of the process managed by the D&S Space Analyst’s. D&S Business Managers work in unison with the Space Management department to analyze data, space and assortment, to produce plan-o-grams for our military resale partners.

D&S has over ten years of experience producing plan-o-grams for over 36 different categories across dry, chill, and frozen categories. In addition to the plan-o-grams produced during category reviews, and new items launches, Dunham and Smith’s Space Management department manages over 914 store specific Plan-o-grams for our Exchanges Service partners that are updated once a year.
