Dunham & Smith Agencies Category Management Department Category Management is a process that has many units to complete and fully assess a category review. Producing plan-o-grams is one part of the process managed by the D&S Space Analyst’s. D&S Business Managers work in unison with the Space Management department to analyze data, space and assortment, to produce plan-o-grams for our military resale partners. D&S has over ten years of experience producing plan-o-grams for over 36 different categories across dry, chill, and frozen categories. In addition to the plan-o-grams produced during category reviews, and new items launches, Dunham and Smith’s Space Management department manages over 914 store specific Plan-o-grams for our Exchanges Service partners that are updated once a year. There are many keys to being a preferred partner, the Space Management department is one piece of the team that helps us add value. Our goal is to build trust and integrity within the military resale community so patron, retailer, and manufacturer, will all benefit. |
