Subject: Dunham & Smith Announcement

In order to advance our service to our clients, customers, and worldwide employees, Dunham & Smith is strengthening its field sales management across the global military market. Dynamic shifts in troop movement, logistics challenges and emerging markets make the overseas market an area that warrants independent expert focus.

I am pleased to announce that Debbie Woischke has been appointed Vice President of Sales, International. With her many years of experience living in Germany as General Manager and her intimate knowledge of all the internal workings of Dunham & Smith, Debbie is uniquely qualified to lead in this vital initiative. Her creativity and tireless work ethic have proven time and again to be extremely beneficial to our mutual success.

I am likewise pleased to announce the appointment of Brad Hildebrand to the position of Vice President of Field Sales, Domestic. Brad has proven in every assignment to be innovative, passionate, and most of all successful. He has grown up in the military resale industry. Brad started as a shelf stocker in the Baltimore Washington market. He graduated from the University of Baltimore with a Business Management degree in 1986 and was an Area Manager in Baltimore for 6 years prior to his appointment to Region Manager of the Northeast Region at the age of 28. After 7 successful years in this role, Brad moved to St. Louis and has been working in the Marketing Department as a Business Manager for the last 9 years. Brad has never forgotten the importance of furnishing field sales with the tools and resources they need to be successful. I am confident Brad will be just as successful in his new assignment.

The dynamic combination of Debbie and Brad will bring both continuity and expert focus in distinguishing Dunham & Smith as an employer and as a representative serving America’s leading manufacturers. Both Debbie and Brad will report directly to me.

Transition plans are being put in place and individuals will be contacted with details that pertain to them over the next few days. Please join me in wishing Debbie and Brad great success in their new assignments.
