TEAM D&S is fired up and ready to take on the challenges and opportunities of 2009 - It’s GAME ON!

The D&S worldwide Sales Team rallied for the annual sales training meeting held April 19-24, 2009. This year’s theme was TEAM D&S-GAME ON! Attendees were pumped up throughout the week as 32 companies represented by D&S took the opportunity to present their “game plan” objectives for 2009 and review 2008’s performance.

The global Field Sales team (62 Area and Regional Managers throughout the USA, Europe, Middle East, and Far East) attended along with 40 internal personnel representing the Marketing, Sales, Customer Service and Information Technology Departments. Eurpac Information Services, Eurpac Services, Inc., and Mid Valley Products were also present.  

Recognized for their outstanding achievements in 2008, the following managers were awarded ‘Managers of the Year’: Rick James, Europe Region Manager; Faith Brinker, Guam Area; Kim Lopez, San Antonio Area; Marge Maier, North Washington Area, Gina Chenoweth-Alaska Area, Jeannie Cobb-South Carolina Area; James Adams-Orange County Area; and Nancy Couch-United Kingdom/Azores Area. The Marketing Department recognized Ainsley Everhart as Business Manager of the Year and Amanda Crabtree as Outstanding Marketing Assistant. Presented with the President’s Award was Liz Jeans, VP-Administration, a true asset to our organization.

Dennis Black, Sr. Business Manager, was honored for his 30 years of Service to EURPAC Service Inc. and Jerry Holloway, Dothan Area Manager, for 25 years. Recognized for 20 years of service were Stan Butler, Salt Lake City Area Manager; Brian Nortel, Baltimore Area Manager; Tony Novacek, Business Manager (Spirits & Tobacco); and Ruth Abernathy, Administrative Manager. Jeannie Cobb, South Carolina Area Manager, and Mike McDonald, VP-DeCA HQ Sales, were recognized for 15-years of service. Faith Brinker, Guam Area Manager; Connie Rickmann, Scott AFB Base Manager; Tony Diaz, Midwest Region Manager; and Andrew Davies, Sacramento Area Manager, were noted for a decade of service. Five-years of service were also presented to Chris Vasta, Europe DeCA HQ Account Manager; Tony Mangiafico, New England Area Manger; and Mary Boyle, San Diego Coast Area Manager.
